Job summary

The Vanderpump Hotel LV at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager to help lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will role-model exceptional guest service and hands-on leadership across rooms, lobby, casino, and services.

As a visible leader, you will coach teams, address operational challenges, and drive a high-performing culture while upholding company policies and standards. Background check and industry compliance are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead and support teams in delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Ability to balance daily operational demands with long-term business objectives.
• Experience with property management systems such as Opera, Infor, REX, LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Assist in day-to-day management of hotel operations and goals.
• Maintain understanding of all hotel division functions and provide hands-on support.
• Partner with leadership to ensure outstanding guest service and team culture.
• Engage with guests and team members across lobby, floors, casino, and front desk.
• Monitor service standards, address challenges, and drive improvements.
• Coach staff to support operational success with leadership and guidance.
• Show ownership and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Act on guest and team feedback to improve services and performance.
• Ensure compliance with departmental, property, and corporate policies.
