H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, align priorities, strengthen execution, and support both client outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven leadership of teams in multi-unit settings with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service delivery.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams to high standards.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across 4–6 offices.

• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on office presence.
• Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and drive consistent performance.
• Monitor operations, staffing, facilities, and compliance across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across locations.

• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person leadership.
