Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and ensure offices are ready to serve clients with excellence.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence, drive performance, and manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations to achieve strong business results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to travel frequently between assigned offices to maintain in-person presence across locations.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds to support office readiness and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in the offices.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals through coaching and accountability.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations.
