Job summary

St. David’s ER Center- East Riverside is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist to perform x-ray and CT exams in accordance with ARRT standards and department policies. You will ensure high-quality scans for diverse patient ages and support Radiologists during invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology or equivalent.
• One year experience as Radiology Technologist in an acute care setting.
• CT procedures experience required.
• Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Completion of CT and cross-sectional anatomy coursework.
• Current MRT certification with Texas Medical Board.
• BLS certification per policy.
• ARRT (R) and ARRt (CT) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT exams per ARRT standards and dept policies.
• Produce scans of diagnostic quality across neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Operate CT scanner and related equipment efficiently.
• Complete timely quality scans to meet STAT and urgent demands.
• Assist Radiologist during invasive procedures and ensure supplies.
• Maintain documentation on forms and Meditech.
• Verify CT equipment functioning properly.
