Job summary

St David's ER Center- East Riverside is seeking a Multi-Modality Tech to perform x-ray and CT exams in an acute care setting. You will ensure scans are of high diagnostic quality, operate CT equipment, and support radiologists during procedures.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certifications (R and CT), MRT in Texas, and a year of CT experience, plus BLS. Work is on-site in Austin, TX as part of an established health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• One year experience as Radiology Technologist in an acute care setting.
• One year experience performing CT procedures.
• Current MRT certification with Texas Medical Board.
• ARRT (R) certification in Radiology.
• ARRT (CT) certification in CT.
• BLS certification per St. David’s policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT exams per standards and policies.
• Produce scans of diagnostic quality across age groups.
• Operate CT scanners and related equipment efficiently.
• Complete quality scans and maintain urgent workflow.
• Assist Radiologist during invasive procedures as needed.
• Ensure department equipment is functioning properly.
• Document procedures and results accurately.
