Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Radiology Technologist in an acute care setting.
• One year experience performing CT procedures – required.
• Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy.
• Certified in Radiology and CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT exams according to standards.
• Produce optimal diagnostic quality scans for all age groups.
• Operate CT scanner and related equipment efficiently.
• Assist the Radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Ensure department equipment functions properly.
