Job summary

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks a Multi-modality Technologist to perform x-ray and CT exams per ARRT standards. You will work with neonatal to geriatric patients, operate the CT scanner, and support Radiologists during procedures.

A relevant ARRT credential, MRT license, and BLS are required, with experience in acute care settings. The role emphasizes quality imaging, efficient workflow, and accurate documentation. St.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 1 year experience as Radiology Technologist in acute care setting.
• 1 year CT procedures experience required.
• Graduate from ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current MRT certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB).
• ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT exams per ARRT standards and department policies.
• Produce scans with optimal diagnostic quality for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Operate CT scanner and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Complete timely quality scans and manage workflow to meet STAT/urgent demands.
• Assist Radiologist during invasive procedures and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain documentation on forms, logs, and Meditech.
