St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Multi-modality Technologist to perform X-ray and CT exams, supporting trauma and diverse age groups. You will adhere to ARRT standards, assist Radiologists during procedures, and ensure equipment readiness across the Radiology Department.

You must hold a radiologic technology degree, MRT certification with TMB, ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) credentials, plus CT coursework and BLS. This is a full-time on-site role at St.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• One year experience as Radiology Technologist in acute care setting.
• One year CT experience required.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Completion of CT and cross-sectional anatomy courses.
• Current MRT certification with TMB.
• ARRT (R) certification and ARRT (CT) certification.
• BLS certification per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT exams per ARRT standards and department policies.
• Produce scans of diagnostic quality across neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Follow scanning protocols and operate CT scanner and related equipment efficiently.
• Complete timely quality scans and prioritize STAT/urgent needs while meeting customer standards.
• Assist Radiologist during invasive procedures and ensure supplies are available.
• Document activities on forms, logs, and Meditech; verify equipment functioning.

Associate's Degree

Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

CT courses completed

Current MRT certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB)

ARRT (R) certification

Current BLS certification
