Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis and related sections. You will ensure accurate testing, lead staff, maintain quality programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, 3–5 years in a clinical lab, and strong computer/office systems skills. Weekend rotation may apply within a 6:30am–3:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related laboratory experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee testing procedures and QA programs across sections.
• Provide orientation, training and supervision to staff.
• Ensure CAP, TJC, CLIA compliance in the lab.
• Perform routine lab duties including phlebotomy when needed.
• Coordinate with pathologists and leadership for quality care.
