Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP certification required.
• 4 years laboratory experience; 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of laboratory staff and activities.
• Plan and schedule duties in coordination with Laboratory Managers.
• Assist technologists with technical issues and result interpretation.
• Set work priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Order and maintain inventory and supplies; keep SOPs up to date.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures; document QC activities.
• Oversee orientation, training, and competency assessments for staff.
