Job summary

Integrated Connection, LLC is seeking an on-site Account Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to oversee day-to-day client relationships and logistics coordination. Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and acting as primary contact.
• Knowledge of truckload, LTL, flatbed, drayage, warehousing, cross-border freight operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, scheduling, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and accurate record-keeping in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and common logistics software.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain account management; 3PL or brokerage a plus.
• Education in business, supply chain, logistics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
