Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a driven Multi-Media Account Executive in New Jersey to own a book of business within the Shore sales team. You will prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

You will present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events, then collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and drive growth. Base pay ranges and uncapped commissions support strong earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle are required.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business within the Shore sales team.
