Townsquare Media Group, a leading local media and digital marketing solutions company, is hiring an Account Executive in Princeton, NJ. You will own a book of business, acquire new clients, and nurture long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

In this full-cycle sales role, you will present data-driven marketing strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and work toward aggressive goals with a competitive compensation plan. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
