Job summary

Serendipity Media seeks a driven, relationship-minded sales professional to sell print, digital, web, programmatic, chat GPT and GEO advertising. You’ll build on an established client base and travel about 25% of the time within your territory, aiming to meet revenue goals and drive growth.

Earn a base salary with commissions and quarterly/annual bonuses; benefits include medical/dental insurance, 401(k), and unlimited personal time off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development or advertising sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with numbers, such as calculating rates, discounts and percentages.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with prospective and current advertisers in your assigned territory.
• Develop and present proposals, then turn them into advertising and partnership contracts.
• Thru our established CRM, you will stay active with prospects and clients, averaging 200 weekly touch points (calls, emails, social outreach and meetings).
• Engage with business leaders and marketing decision-makers as an advocate for Serendipity’s advertising solutions.
• Keep accurate records in our sales CRM.
• Work with our Sales & Marketing Team as part of a collaborative, team-based approach to closing business.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Travel about 25% of the time within your territory and to select tradeshows.
