Job summary

Bella's Voice in Washington seeks a Multi-Site Supervisor to provide on-site leadership across Lynnwood and Shoreline locations. You will supervise, train, and coordinate teams across Retail and Production, ensuring consistent customer service and operational standards.

Role requires 2+ years in retail with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with benefits and discount eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ retail or customer service experience.
• One year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift to 40 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and operational coverage across multiple Bella’s Voice locations based on staffing and business needs.
• Lead, coach, and support employees and volunteers across Retail and Production operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, recognition, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, assignments, breaks, customer service, and cash handling.
• Support sales floor, merchandising, stocking, pricing, and donation intake as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service reflecting Bella’s Voice values.
• Maintain operational standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor safety, loss prevention, and cash controls; escalate concerns appropriately.
• Partner with Store Leadership to support staffing and training initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility in location, schedule, and responsibilities.
