Bella's Voice is seeking a Material Handler in Lynnwood, WA to support daily thrift-store operations. You will receive, move, and stage donated merchandise, assist with inventory, and help keep the store organized and safe.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability and the ability to work independently or with a team are required, with paid training and employee discounts available.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, and transport donated merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Sort donations into processing categories.
• Stage merchandise for pricing and merchandising.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, rolling bins, and other equipment safely.
• Remove damaged or unsellable items per procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and production areas.
• Assist with inventory movement between departments.
• Rotate merchandise and support store replenishment.
• Prepare merchandise transfers as needed.
• Assist opening and closing duties.
• Support seasonal resets and special projects.
• Report hazards and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist donors with unloading donations.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

The Material Handler supports the daily operations of Bella's Voice thrift stores by receiving, moving, sorting, organizing, and transporting donated merchandise throughout the production and sales areas. This position helps ensure merchandise flows efficiently from donation intake to the sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Please note this is an evergreen listing, and we will reach out if and when store staffing needs require.

What you'll do

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Warehouse, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move merchandise.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, squat, and twist.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

• Weekend availability required.
• Scheduled shifts are 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
• 16 to 40 hours per week available.

The pay range for this role is:

17.50 - 17.50 USD per hour (Lynnwood Location)
