Greg's Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor/Sales Floater to support sales across multiple district locations. The role emphasizes greeting customers professionally, documenting needs, and promoting services while coordinating quotes and timelines.

Bilingual, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude are valued as you work within our service-focused team. Compensation is up to $80,000 per year, with experience-based variation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person and by phone professionally.
• Document customer concerns and service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and provide accurate quotes and timelines.
• Communicate additional recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Cash out tickets with clear explanations of warranties and charges.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after service.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
