Laurel Hardware Co. is seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for four restaurant entities in West Hollywood, CA.

The role requires handling sales, payroll, intercompany transactions, and inventory/cost-of-goods through the complete bookkeeping cycle. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping within restaurant or hospitality environments, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or comparable accounting experience.
• Experience managing books for multiple entities.
• Restaurant/hospitality accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and ledgers for four restaurant entities.
• Record and reconcile sales, deposits, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Complete monthly reconciliations and support month-end close.
