Job summary

Waldorf Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our in-person team in Lawndale, CA. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, handle AP/AR, reconcile accounts, process invoices, and contribute to monthly and annual financial reporting.

This full-time role requires accuracy, discretion, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and related software. Experience in restaurant finance is a plus; bilingual skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems.
• AP/AR processing and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Enter Journal Entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cost and inventory management for restaurant operations.
• Communicate with management regarding financial records and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end P&L and year-end bookkeeping as needed.
