Job summary

Tripalink seeks an experienced property manager to oversee move-ins/outs, coordinate with tenants, and manage maintenance across multiple buildings. You will use Appfolio and other software to keep tenant data, contracts, and requests organized, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.

Your role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving, with execution across onsite visits and cross-team collaboration to maintain vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience with multiple buildings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Appfolio and other management software.
• Willingness to inspect multiple sites and communicate with tenants.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including reports.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage move-in and move-out flow, deposits, and notices.
• Use Appfolio to manage customer data, maintenance requests, contracts.
• Assign work orders and supervise maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with landlords and vendors to progress repairs.
• Visit properties to ensure site and community upkeep.
• Maintain fluent communication and resolve tenant complaints.
• Draft emails and contact vendors and owners for issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
