Job summary

Tripalink Corp. in Berkeley is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee move-in/out processes, tenant communications, and leasing operations across multiple units.

You will use Appfolio to manage tenant data, maintenance requests, and contracts, while coordinating with landlords and vendors to ensure timely repairs and high tenant satisfaction. Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience overseeing multiple apartment buildings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of visiting sites and communicating with tenants regularly.
• Experience with Appfolio or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage move-in and move-out flow, including unit checks and deposits.
• Operate Appfolio to manage tenant data, maintenance requests, and contracts.
• Assign work orders and assist maintenance staff in inspections and repairs.
• Communicate with landlords and vendors to advance maintenance progress.
• Visit properties to ensure sites are maintained and pro-actively address issues.
• Investigate tenant complaints and maintain positive relationships.
