Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle payroll processing and handling 200+ employees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations.
• Validate timecards and resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, and other earnings; ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate annual W-2 processing and payroll tax reporting.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support month-end close.
