Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees.
• Experience with multi-location payroll, tribal organizations, retail or fuel industry, or union payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations and verify timecards.
• Maintain compliance with federal, IRS, Tribal regulations and Paid Sick Leave.
• Administer benefits deductions, garnishments, and tax levies.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
