Qualifications

• Experience with ~300-employee workforce or similar.
• Experience with payroll system implementations or transitions.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for designated units, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.
• Manage biweekly payroll cycles for additional locations and operations.
• Coordinate payroll data between internal systems and external providers.
• Review hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and confidential employee data.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
