Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to serve customers at stores within a 16-mile radius of Store # 702956, Chapel Hill, NC. The position offers $19.30 per hour and requires lifting up to 50–70 lbs, a valid license, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends.

You will assist customers, tint and mix products, process sales, and maintain displays. Ideal candidates have prior customer service or retail experience and familiarity with paint products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
