Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 30-mile radius of Wake Forest, NC. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining high store standards.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
May work evenings and weekends.
Prior experience in paint/paint-related sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and product stock.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
