Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for stores within a 30-mile radius of Store #2288 in Wake Forest, NC. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.

You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting store sales goals. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking, tinting and mixing products, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining product knowledge and store

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 18+, legal to work in the U.S., valid unrestricted driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products
• Build trust with customers and meet sales goals
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to store procedures
• Maintain organized work orders and stockrooms and pull products from floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options; follow inventory procedures
• Suggest improvements to sales processes
