Starting pay is $19.30 per hour. The position covers stores within a 16-mile radius of Store #702956 at 1507 E. Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, and requires lifting up to 50–70 lbs and working evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in-person and by phone, determine needs, present products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work order files and product displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries.
