Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products at stores within a 16-mile radius of Chapel Hill, NC. Starting pay is $19.30 per hour, and duties include sales, tinting, stocking, and deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience selling paint or related products preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Handle inventory and merchandising tasks.
