Job summary

Graze Craze in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee two locations and drive daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and lead staff, manage purchasing and marketing efforts, and implement growth initiatives to strengthen the Graze Craze brand while maintaining high quality standards for every grazing board and box we create.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or food service setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple locations effectively.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better connect with our diverse team and customer base.
• A proven track record of success in hiring, purchasing, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the business across both Graze Craze locations, including hiring, training, purchasing, marketing and daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while implementing strategies to grow the brand.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
