Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee five Sarasota studios, drive memberships, retail, and private training, and lead front-desk teams. You will report to the Regional General Manager and coordinate sales, operations, and community events to ensure a high-quality member experience.

The role requires 2+ years in fitness management or sales, fluent English, and strong communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates should be highly organized and data-driven.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/service sales or fitness management/sales.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps and Sales Managers in sales.
• Manage three revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and Studio software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee five Club Pilates studios in Sarasota area
• Membership sales
• Supervise Sales Representatives / Front Desk Team and Sales Managers
• Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect out-standing dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Work with Operations Manager in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Any other duties as assigned
