Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Kennesaw, GA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, driving membership sales, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Additional duties include developing strategic plans to meet studio goals, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and employees. The role also includes oversight of financial performance and leveraging marketing efforts to attract and retain members.
