Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, manage front desk tasks, and coordinate scheduling across our ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics services. You will collect demographics, handle insurance information, and support a welcoming patient experience.

This role emphasizes accuracy in registration, efficient patient flow, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year customer service or reception experience.
• 1+ year medical office experience.
• 1+ year experience of working in an EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone call and schedule all providers and patient appointments.
• Prepare patient charts during check in.
• Greet patients and maintain and effective and efficient registration process.
• Obtain and enter demographic and insurance information into the system.
• Collect any co-pays shown on patient accounts.
• Schedule patients accurately and effectively for appointments.
• Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
• Take accurate and complete phone messages for providers and staff.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
• Notify appropriate staff when supplies are needed and following standard supply protocol.
• Other duties as assigned.
