Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at multiple clinic locations. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, collect co-pays, and enter demographic and insurance data into the EMR system.

This role supports our mission of offering world-class patient experiences. We value associates who can travel between three clinics, maintain professionalism, and contribute to a patient-centered environment in a growing practice focused on ENT, Allergy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness and ability to travel between all three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule all providers and patient appointments.
• Prepare patient charts during check in.
• Greet patients and maintain an efficient registration process.
• Enter demographic and insurance information into the system.
• Collect co-pays shown on patient accounts.
• Schedule patients accurately for appointments.
• Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
• Take accurate and complete messages for providers and staff.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
• Notify staff when supplies are needed and follow standard supply protocol.
• Other duties as assigned.
