Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Front Desk Representative to support patient access across ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. You will check in patients, collect demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, and help provide a world-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel between three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year customer service or reception experience.
• 1+ year medical office experience.
• 1+ year experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule providers and patient appointments.
• Prepare patient charts during check-in.
• Greet patients and maintain efficient registration process.
• Enter demographic and insurance information into the system.
• Collect co-pays shown on patient accounts.
• Schedule patients accurately for appointments.
• Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
• Take accurate phone messages for providers and staff.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
• Notify staff when supplies are needed and follow standard protocol.
