Job summary

Ted's Hot Dogs is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and the overall condition of all restaurant locations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully operational environment. You will report to the Director of Operations and support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities or maintenance management, preferably multi-unit.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-related activities across all locations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and structure upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
• Respond to facility issues promptly and manage emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
