The role emphasizes a team-oriented, positive environment with opportunities for training, development, and leadership growth across locations. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location retail operations.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to align with company goals.
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel and ensure timely communications on projects and initiatives.
