Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a dynamic district operations leader to guide our salon network across multiple locations. You will direct and oversee district operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and company goals, while driving performance and customer service excellence.

Travel between locations is required; you’ll lead hiring, staff development, and cross-location collaboration to build high-performing teams and optimize profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee district Palm Beach Tan operations to align with company goals.
• Monitor costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff across locations.
• Coordinate communications and projects across locations to ensure consistency.
