Job summary

La Clinica in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Dental Team Lead to supervise front-office and clinical support staff, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain high-quality patient experiences. You will coach PSRs and DAs, monitor scheduling, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to keep operations compliant and efficient.

The role requires 3–5 years in a medical/dental office with supervisory experience, EHR proficiency (EPIC, EagleSoft), and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical/dental office.
• Medical/dental supervisory experience.
• Experience in Community Health Center or FQHCs.
• Experience using electronic health records (EPIC, EagleSoft).
• Excellent interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Skills to intervene and promote reconciliation and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of up to 10 Dental Assistants and PSRs.
• Provide side-by-side training and real-time coaching.
• Assist in assigning daily tasks and improving patient flow.
• Coordinate front- and back-office operations with the Practice Manager.
• Lead team huddles and training sessions to boost effectiveness.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.
• Maintain punctuality and onsite presence as scheduled.
