Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical/dental office.
• Medical/dental supervisory experience.
• Experience with EHR systems (EPIC, EagleSoft).
• Familiarity with dental front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to a team of up to 10 Dental Assistants and PSRs.
• Lead training sessions and real-time coaching across the team.
• Coordinate front-desk and clinical workflows to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Lead team huddles and communicate with Practice Manager.
