Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation seeks an Assistant Café Manager to supervise Quick Bites Café locations in California. You will lead daily operations, oversee food preparation, POS systems, and hospitality events while delivering a consistently high customer experience.

The role requires strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication, and hands-on leadership to coach a growing café team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and hospitality operations.
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of all Quick Bites Café locations, upholding stock checks, rotation, presentation, and the customer journey.
• Delivers exceptional in-person and virtual customer service; communicates menu items, deliveries, and challenges clearly.
• Develops expertise in Quick Bites Café POS and labeling systems.
• Assists with food preparation and packaging prioritizing speed, accuracy, and efficiency; supports menus and cost sheets.
• Maintains sanitation, cleanliness, and safe food handling per California Health Code; ensures team compliance.
• Trains and develops team members through coaching and feedback.
• Analyzes sales reports to forecast demand and minimize waste; reviews processes for improvements.
• Creates and implements promotions and standard operating procedures based on feedback.
