You may work at various locations within the market, supporting the Retail unit and assisting customers with product recommendations and referrals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, cross-selling, and achieving weekly sales goals while ensuring data quality and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic PC software and banking systems.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promotes sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, and leveraging leads.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals with supervision.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Maintain risk awareness and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
