Job summary

Alvarado Street Brewery is seeking a Rotating Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across Monterey, Carmel, and Salinas locations. You will lead front-of-house teams, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and ready to learn all facets of restaurant management. This full-time exempt role offers growth opportunities within a growing craft-beer company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations across three locations.
• Train and coach staff; conduct orientations and checklists.
• Monitor schedules, labor costs, and inventory.
• Ensure safety and health policies compliance.
• Collaborate with GM and managers; manage guest concerns.
• Lead daily stand-ups and support service on floor.
