About Us

We are currently open to hiring REMOTE team members, provided the candidate has prior experience working with a State Farm Agent and is proficient with the corresponding systems — NECHO, ECRM, SFPP.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs
• Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection
• Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being
• Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License
• REMOTE applicants must have prior experience with a State Farm Agent and be proficient in the corresponding systems NECHO, ECRM, SFPP
• Must be willing to obtain Life and Health license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote environment
• Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely

• Base pay starting range $38,000 - $71,236, determined during interview and dependent on experience
• Paid time off, including incentive time off
• Monday–Friday work schedule, closed at 4 PM on Fridays
