Carla McCormick Wright seeks a qualified Multi-Line Sales Representative to join their tenured Livonia, MI team. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer interactions and promote State Farm products and services with value-based conversations.

Role emphasizes developing leads, providing quotes, and servicing policyholders while meeting sales goals. Insurance licenses are required or obtainable, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
• Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain.
• State Farm experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

• Provide Quotes, multi-line, pivot and service existing policyholders.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
