State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

Location: 3415 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. This role emphasizes customer service, community outreach, and building lasting relationships across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses prior to hire date.

Responsibilities
