Are you competitive, motivated, and looking for a career where your effort can directly impact your income and growth?
Our growing insurance and financial services office is looking for a Multi-Line Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals, and wants to build strong sales and relationship skills.
You will work with customers across multiple insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.
Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help the right person learn our products, systems, and sales process.
You may be a great fit if you are:
You do not need to be an insurance expert when you start. You do need to be willing to study, obtain the appropriate insurance licenses, learn multiple product lines, accept coaching, and consistently have customer conversations.
Customers often have more than one insurance need. You will learn how to uncover those needs, educate customers about their options, handle objections, ask for the business, generate referrals, and build long-term relationships.
For the right person, this can become a rewarding career with strong income and professional growth potential.
If you are looking for a position where you can work hard, be coached, help customers, and be rewarded for your results, we would love to hear from you.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Successful candidates must be able to complete applicable licensing requirements and training.
