• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in Virginia.
• Demonstrated history of building and managing a client portfolio.
• Strong comfort with consultative selling and networking.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex coverage options clearly.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and licensing compliance.
• Existing presence or local network within the Fairfax, Virginia area.

Responsibilities

• Educate local families and businesses on how to protect their assets through comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Analyze each client's specific circumstances to identify gaps in coverage and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Nurture existing client relationships through proactive check-ins and responsive support.
• Actively participate in community events in Fairfax to grow your professional network and brand presence.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospects and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish.
