Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Virginia.
• Active Life and Health Insurance License in Virginia.
• Minimum of two years of experience in multi-line insurance sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Strong comfort level with utilizing digital CRM systems to track interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills when navigating complex coverage questions.

Responsibilities

• Assess the individual needs of prospective clients to build comprehensive protection packages.
• Market and sell a full range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial lines.
• Conduct professional, in-person discovery meetings at our Woodbridge office to understand client goals.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community to grow your network and reputation.
• Regularly follow up with current policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with our administrative staff to ensure all applications and changes are processed accurately.
