Job summary

The Atlantic District in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a proactive Multi-line Insurance Agent who values honest, personal client relationships. You will be the face of our agency in the community, working in our local office with peers who support each other and celebrate successes.

You will market auto, home, life, and commercial lines, manage your own client relationships, and use a CRM to track interactions. A Virginia P&C and Life/Health license plus 2+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license in Virginia.
• Active Life and Health license in Virginia.
• Minimum two years in multi-line insurance sales.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of leads and convert to clients.
• Proficiency with digital CRM systems to track interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex coverage questions.

Responsibilities

• Assess the individual needs of prospective clients to build comprehensive protection packages.
• Market and sell auto, home, life, and commercial lines.
• Conduct professional, in-person discovery meetings at our Woodbridge office to understand client goals.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community to grow your network and reputation.
• Regularly follow up with current policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with our administrative staff to ensure all applications and changes are processed accurately.
